Created by Dame Suzie Moncrieff in 1987, The World of Wearable Art Awards show (WOW® ) is an international Design Competition where art is designed to be worn on the moving body and exhibited in a large scale theatrical extravaganza each year in Wellington.
Malia is a regular Artistic Director and Choreographer for WOW® she has directed 15 of the WOW® shows since its inception in 1988 these include shows between 2001-2014 and was also Show Director for the 30th Anniversary season in 2018 and 2020-2025
Rowan Pierce has designed AV content for WOW for several shows since 2013 and was the AV designer for 2017-2018. Eden Mulholland was the composer in 2018 and has been directing and composing the music since 2020
The World of Wearable Art Awards is held annually in Wellington each year. This unique event is performed to an audience of over 60,000 annually
